She's Wired can help with all your digital needs
She’s Wired was born out of frustration. A group of women were tired of being talked down to when they had questions about their tech. They didn't speak "geek." What they wanted was someone who could teach them how to use their technology the way they wanted to use it. With that in mind, She's Wired was founded in order to make people happy by simplifying technology.
Digital Concierge, Owner
Owner Sue Cleere combines a love of technology and photography with a passion for training and customer service. She’s a firm believer in making technology work for the individual the way they want it to work.
“I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals one-on-one, finding solutions to their question about their computer, phone, TV – any device. An added bonus is working with individuals to organize their digital photos or help put their photos online to share with family and friends.”
A graduate of Arizona State University, she began her working life as a newspaper photographer and caught the technology bug. She continues to be an avid photographer.
Sue was recognized for her project management skills, helping lead a team that introduced innovative tools and website multi-media advances for the online division of Cox Enterprises, a diversified, privately held Atlanta-based company. Previously, Sue provided technology training for staff and customer support at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Digital Concierge Jan Suchomski has a diverse background in business, marketing, and technology and considers herself a “professional learner.” Wherever she found herself, she was consistently charged with finding, leading, implementing and teaching technology solutions.
“My inherent curiosity and passion to learn and teach has always been recognized. Throughout my career, I’ve been asked to troubleshoot, teach and train technology – from teaching Windows when it was brand new, to troubleshooting email programs to everything in between. This just comes intuitively for me. And the best part about this is the look of relief, appreciation and ahas!”
A graduate of Southern Illinois University, she has more than 30 years of marketing plan development and implementation, strategic & business planning, finance, project management, technology, professional coaching and training experience. Jan most recently served as Director of Marketing for GovDirections.
Digital Concierge Bita Honarvar, a career photojournalist, first came by her interest in technology as photography started changing over from film to digital. As she began to work more with computers and various other devices to edit, organize and transmit photography remotely, she began to relish reining in the power of technology to make it work the way she needed.
She is driven to find solutions and to demystify technology, and loves to discover ways to make devices and technology work to make life easier, more efficient and more enjoyable.
A graduate of Boston University, she began her career as a freelance newspaper photographer, picking up assignments for publications across the country. She spent 16 years at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, most recently as a photo editor. She continues to nurture a love of visual storytelling.
Digital Concierge Dorrie Toney has a passion for using technology to manage and simplify daily tasks so there’s more time for enjoying life.
“People spend hundreds on electronics and often use just a tenth of the devices’ capabilities. I love to help them discover how easy it is to do more with what they have, removing the intimidation factor from technology."
Dorrie is a graduate of Winthrop University. She began a journalism career as a newspaper copy editor and spent 19 years working as a business editor and digital manager at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Most recently she was senior editor of breaking news.
Callan Wells is a proud Atlanta native and graduate of Atlanta Public Schools, Agnes Scott College, and Georgia State University. She started her career at Georgia Legal Services Program, leading a project that helped rural Georgians get access to healthcare.
Callan handles Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, and website content and design for She's Wired's small business clients. She's also the voice you hear when you call our main line. She is an avid user of technology and loves finding digital solutions to everyday problems.
Barbara Senftleber, a retired journalist, handles less technical assignments and the administrative needs of She’s Wired.
Retired from Cox Media Group after years of editing and project management at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and reporting and editing at the Miami Herald, Barbara helps She’s Wired clients with newsletters and social media, general organization and special projects.
