Clients find remote assistance safe and effective

From remote training on photo organization to expanding home wifi as well as a lot (did I say A LOT) of Zoom training, the She’s Wired team has found very effective ways to meet our clients' needs remotely during the COVID-19 crisis.

As always, we are continuing to answer computer questions and troubleshoot problematic printers (aren't they all?) as well as setting up quite a few new computers with safe, touch-free delivery to clients’ homes.

Client Anita Thomas in Buckhead has been virtually meeting with Sue once a week for photo organization and Zoom training. “During this time of quarantine, Sue Cleere of She’s Wired has taught me how to use Zoom. Therefore, I have been able to join in on many different Zoom lectures and conferences, even Zoom with my grandchildren,” Anita said. “Most of all, because I have had a standing (Zoom) appointment with Sue, I have had the time to learn more about how to navigate my computer.  Sue has taught me how to make photo books, how to make a Tribute and she has answered many of my computer questions.  I think using Zoom with her has been almost as beneficial and helpful as learning in person with her. Thank you She’s Wired.”

Kathy Thomas, who has been home since the shutdown, was gung-ho for us to help her extend the Wi-Fi to a tough “dead spot” where she now has to work. “I contacted Sue at She’s Wired asking for a recommendation. She suggested the Google/Nest Mesh. After it arrived, Sue set an appointment and walked me through the steps of the set-up process. She made it so easy with her clear and patient instructions. Now we are able to work from different places in our house with strong Wi-Fi signals. This is crucial for us since we have two professionals working from home at the same time. I would highly recommend Sue and her team for all your technology needs.”

Then there is Betsy Gilman. “I consider myself a Digital Nomad, all thanks to the incredible crew at She's Wired. She's Wired set me up for success with a ‘To-Go Office,’ with all the tools I need to handle all types of business for my small media company from anywhere, and that has enabled me to go everywhere. I have written blogs in the passenger seat of my pick-up on cross-country road trips and posted to websites in Walmart parking lots. I have edited videos in ski boats in Minnesota and conducted interviews in Africa while I was at the kitchen table of my camper in Florida. And She's Wired was there every step of the way. The team at She's Wired are my tech therapists. They have always been there to talk this nomad away from the edge of the digital abyss!”
