SHE’S WIRED
She’s Wired was born out of frustration by a group of non-technical people who wanted someone to help them understand their devices. They didn’t speak “geek” and wanted to ask questions without being talked down to. What they wanted was someone who could teach them how to use their technology the way they wanted to use it, not the way a techie might use technology.
Owner Sue Cleere combines a love of technology and photography with a passion for training and customer service.
“I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals one-on-one, finding solutions to their question about their computer, phone, TV – any device. An added bonus is working with individuals to hone their photography skills, organize their digital photos or help put their photos online to share with family and friends.”
A graduate of Arizona State University, she began her working life as a newspaper photographer, but caught the technology bug in the 1990s. She continues to be an avid photographer.
Sue was recognized for her project management skills, helping lead a team that introduced innovative tools and website multi-media advances for the online division of Cox Enterprises, a diversified, privately held Atlanta-based company. Previously, Sue provided technology training for staff and customer support at The Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
